Founding Directors Chris Fink and Felicity Rabbitte have been at the heart of ECS’s drive for sustainability and UK remanufacturing since the company's inception.

Operations Director, Adam Lighton, brings a wealth of experience in supply chain management and operations. Adam strategically oversees the company's day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence at every step with meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills that have been instrumental in driving ECS’s success and growth. With his expertise and vision, we are able to deliver top-notch solutions and services to Partners consistently.

Newly appointed Associate Director, Lauren Rabbitte, plays a crucial role in overseeing a number of key business operations, ensuring seamless coordination within the company, fulfilling a key role in sales and business development, while continuing to push sustainability boundaries.

Sales Director, Donna Reid, brings vast experience and knowledge in sales and customer relationship management to the team. Her strategic approach and strong business acumen have been pivotal in expanding client bases and maintaining long-lasting partnerships. Donna's passion for delivering exceptional service and her ability to understand and meet clients' needs make her an invaluable asset to ECS.

No Greenwashing

We believe in providing our Partners with solutions that they can trust; ECS sources, remanufactures and distributes only the finest quality remanufactured, OEM and compatible toners and parts, maintaining the all-important quality that our Partners demand without compromising on our green credentials. More importantly, everything we say or claim about our products and services is completely true - supported by decades of research and development.

Zero To Landfill

A major commitment of ours is to protect the environment in every way that we can, throughout an entire range of services, products and solutions. ECS's goal is to achieve zero to landfill, not only for ourselves, but for Partners, the industry, and the planet. This means everything that we receive is either remanufactured, reused or recycled in order to protect the Earth and environment.

Community Engagement

ECS is deeply committed to giving back to the community and supporting various groups through fundraising initiatives and charitable donations. We believe in using our platform to make a positive impact beyond typical business operations. Through fundraising efforts and partnerships with charitable organisations, we aim to support those in need and contribute to building a stronger, more compassionate community.

Whether it’s raising funds for local causes, supporting charitable events, or donating to organisations that align with our values, we are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of others. At ECS, we understand the importance of social responsibility and actively seek opportunities to give back and support those who need it most.

Some of our recent, and ongoing initiatives include fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness, Macmillan Cancer Support, The Laura Centre and North Notts Lions, as well as donating PPE equipment to public services and organisations during the Covid pandemic.
